1. NO REFUND POLICY
All subscription payments are non-refundable. However, when you cancel your subscription:
- You retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period ends.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period.
- Even after your subscription expires, you can login and export all your data in XLSX format.
2. WHY WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS
We provide a 14-day free trial with full access to all features (with limits: 10 staff accounts, 2 shops) before you commit to a paid subscription.
- This gives you ample time to evaluate the Service for your salon.
- Once you subscribe, you receive immediate value by using the Service for the entire billing period, even after cancellation.
- You never lose access to your data - you can export it anytime, even after subscription expires.
Example: If you subscribe on February 15 and cancel on March 10, you continue using Seer until March 15 (end of your billing cycle). No refund is issued, but you get full value for your payment.
This policy applies to all subscription plans (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year).
3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@indraveentech.in.
How cancellation works:
- You retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period ends.
- You can continue logging services and managing staff until the expiration date.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days or months of your current billing period.
- After expiration, you can still login and export all your data in XLSX format.
Example 1 (Monthly Plan): If you subscribe on February 1 and cancel on February 20, you will have full access until March 1 (end of your billing cycle). You will not be charged on March 1, and no refund will be issued for the period between February 20 and March 1.
Example 2 (Yearly Plan): If you purchase a yearly plan on January 1, 2026 for ₹2,999 and cancel on June 1, 2026, you will have full access until January 1, 2027. You will not be charged on January 1, 2027. No refund will be issued for the remaining 7 months.
4. EXCEPTIONS TO NO-REFUND POLICY
We may, at our sole discretion, issue full or partial refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
4.1 Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge within 7 business days.
4.2 Billing Errors
If we incorrectly charge you (wrong amount, wrong plan, unauthorized charge), we will refund the incorrect amount within 7 business days.
4.3 Extended Service Outage
If the Seer service is completely unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days due to issues within our direct control (e.g., bugs in our application code, configuration errors), you may request a prorated refund for the downtime period.
Not eligible for refunds:
- Outages caused by third-party providers (Railway, Neon Database, Cloudflare, Razorpay).
- Internet service provider issues or unstable connections.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions).
- Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance).
- Staff device or browser issues.
- Failure to sync due to staff not using the app online periodically.
4.4 Service Discontinuation
If we decide to permanently discontinue the Seer service, we will provide at least 90 days advance notice and issue prorated refunds for any prepaid subscription fees covering the period after discontinuation.
To request a refund: Contact support@indraveentech.in within 7 days of service restoration with evidence of the outage duration.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (FOR EXCEPTIONS ONLY)
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed in Section 4, please contact us within 7 days of the charge:

Include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay transaction ID or payment receipt
- Date of the charge
- Amount charged
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
Response Time: We will review your refund request and respond within 7 business days.
Refund Processing Time: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
Important: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. PAYMENT FAILURES AND DISPUTES
6.1 Failed Subscription Renewals
If your subscription renewal payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other payment issues:
- Razorpay will automatically retry the payment 3-4 times over several days.
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment.
- If all retry attempts fail, your account will be downgraded to read-only access.
- No refund is applicable as no successful charge was made.
To restore access: Update your payment method in your account dashboard and manually reactivate your subscription.
6.2 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension.
- Permanent account termination if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent.
- Inability to create new accounts in the future.
Important: If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@indraveentech.in before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
7. FREE TRIAL TERMS
The 14-day free trial is completely free - no payment is required to start.
- No credit card or payment information is required to activate the free trial.
- You will not be automatically charged at the end of the trial.
- Trial includes all features with limits (10 staff accounts, 2 shops maximum).
- To continue using Seer after the trial expires, you must manually subscribe to a paid plan.
- No refunds are applicable for free trials since no payment is made.
8. SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRATION
When your paid subscription expires (due to non-renewal or cancellation):
- Your account will be downgraded to read-only access.
- You can view all existing data (services, staff records, commissions).
- You can export your data in XLSX format - this is available even after expiration.
- You cannot log new services or add new staff members.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days in read-only mode.
- Transaction records will be retained for 7 years for tax compliance (as per Indian Income Tax Act).
- No refunds are issued when subscriptions expire.
9. PRICING CHANGES
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time with 30 days advance notice.
How pricing changes affect you:
- Existing subscribers will be notified via email 30 days before any price change.
- Price changes will apply only after your current billing period ends.
- You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect.
- No refunds will be issued if you cancel due to a price increase.

Your continued use of the Service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
